Job Details:
Knight Transportation is looking for CDL-A truck drivers to run a regional route out of Golden Valley, AZ that gets you home every other night.
- Home every other night
- Refrigerated freight
- 5-6 days on, 34hr reset
- Average 2,400 weekly miles

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license
- No DUI within 5 years or 10 years if CDL holder at time of DUI
- No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years, no major accident within 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug tests

TRU Pay, short for Transparent Reliable Understandable Pay, is a pay band structure that gives drivers pay increases that are based on individual production. Knight Refrigerated drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.47 to $.64 CPM depending on route and experience.
Potential Monthly Bonus* – Drive safe miles and get up to a 12 CPM monthly bonus!
*Impacts OTR, TruPay company drivers only. Trainees not eligible for bonus under a team scenario. Dispatched Loaded Miles represent Knight’s most current version of the Rand McNally Household Goods Carriers Bureau Mileage Guide (the “Bureau Miles”) from the shipment origin point, via any intermediate points for required pickups or deliveries, to the final delivery point. Dispatched Empty Miles are the Bureau Miles for an empty trip authorized and approved by Knight. Contact Knight Driver Payroll for more info. Knight Transportation reserves the right to adjust the rules of our bonus programs as appropriate to respond to changes in business conditions.
