Job Details:
We are looking for passionate CDL-A Truck Drivers to become training mentors for new CDL-A drivers. Pass the torch and help develop the next generation of truck drivers while being financially rewarded for your time.
- $77,400 average annual earnings for top performing trainers
- $1,450 average weekly earnings for top performing trainers
- Trainers are compensated for both their miles and their student’s miles while training
- $200 weekly pay for having a student on the truck on top of milage pay
- Trainers earn a matching bonus for all production & safety bonuses their graduated trainees earn in their first 12 months of employment

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license
- 6 months of Class A experience within the last year or 1 year of Class A experience within the last 5 years
- No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years, no major accident within 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug tests
Additional Trainer Qualifications:
- Minimum of 30 days with Knight
- Must have at least 60,000 Miles solo & 1 winter season driving OTR
- Must be willing to run a minimum of 2 weeks at a time
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 1 preventable Incident/Accident

TRU Pay, short for Transparent Reliable Understandable Pay, is a pay band structure that gives drivers pay increases that are based on individual production. Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.45 to $.62 CPM depending on route and experience.
Potential Monthly Bonus* – Drive safe miles and get up to a 12 CPM monthly bonus!
*Impacts OTR, TruPay company drivers only. Trainees not eligible for bonus under a team scenario. Dispatched Loaded Miles represent Knight’s most current version of the Rand McNally Household Goods Carriers Bureau Mileage Guide (the “Bureau Miles”) from the shipment origin point, via any intermediate points for required pickups or deliveries, to the final delivery point. Dispatched Empty Miles are the Bureau Miles for an empty trip authorized and approved by Knight. Contact Knight Driver Payroll for more info. Knight Transportation reserves the right to adjust the rules of our bonus programs as appropriate to respond to changes in business conditions.

Job Details:
Knight Transportation is hiring team drivers to run a dedicated lane with drop and hook loads originating in either Memphis, TN or Indianapolis, IN. Drivers can expect to stay out for 2-3 weeks and average 5,000 weekly miles on round trip loads from either location. For teams that have passports, loads into Canada are available with an additional 2 CPM.
- Team driving position
- $240,000 avg. annual earnings for top performing teams

- 83 CPM split for runs into Canada
