Military service members bring unparalleled discipline, leadership, and a strong work ethic to the workforce. However, transitioning from military service to a civilian career can be challenging, especially when searching for stable and rewarding employment.

At Knight Transportation, we're proud to recognize the brave men and women who've served our country. During Military Appreciation Month, we shine a spotlight on one of our own - Gus F.

Tiquan dedicated just over four years of his life to the United States Army. Through Knight's Military Apprenticeship Program, he obtained his CDL and has been a part of the Ports Fleet for over a year!

We are excited to share the stories of two outstanding members of our team: Buddy Boone, our lead CDL instructor, and David Covarrubias, our HR business partner. Both Buddy and David exemplify the dedication and spirit of service that veterans bring to our company.
