Terminal Description
The Carlisle Terminal opened on July 25, 2007, situated on the historic Miracle Mile— the one-mile stretch of highway between the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Interstate 81. This area holds significance as the first level road built under the Eisenhower Interstate System.
Our terminal building has a unique history, originally serving as a gas station with a full-service garage. In some parts of the office area, you can still feel the car lifts beneath the carpet, a nod to its past.
Strategically located on the Miracle Mile, we are within six hours of seven major cities, making our terminal a crucial hub for efficient transportation and logistics.

Job Details:
We are looking for passionate CDL-A Truck Drivers to become training mentors for new CDL-A drivers. Pass the torch and help develop the next generation of truck drivers while being financially rewarded for your time.
- $126,950 average annual earnings for top performing trainers
- $2,400 average weekly earnings for top performing trainers
- Trainers are compensated for both their miles and their student’s miles while training
- $200 weekly pay for having a student on the truck on top of milage pay
- Trainers earn a matching bonus for all production & safety bonuses their graduated trainees earn in their first 12 months of employment

Knight Transportation is looking for new or experienced CDL-A truck drivers in Carlisle, PA and the surrounding area for a northeastern regional route out of Carlisle, PA.
- $2,000 sign-on bonus available!*
- $77,300 average annual earnings for top performers
- $1,450 average weekly pay
- 7-10 days out, 2 days home
- Typically will run PA to NY, CT, MD, or MA
- No New York City loads
- 2,300-2,500 average weekly miles
- Up to 12 CPM in monthly production and fuel bonuses*
