In our dry division, every driver manager, including our DDM, was once a driver themselves. This unique perspective allows us to communicate effectively with drivers and provide guidance based on real-life experience. Job Details:
We are looking for passionate CDL-A Truck Drivers to become training mentors for new CDL-A drivers. Pass the torch and help develop the next generation of truck drivers while being financially rewarded for your time.
- $138,300 average annual earnings for top performing trainers
- $2,650 average weekly earnings for top performing trainers
- Trainers are compensated for both their miles and their student’s miles while training
- $200 weekly pay for having a student on the truck on top of milage pay
- Trainers earn a matching bonus for all production & safety bonuses their graduated trainees earn in their first 12 months of employment

- $83,100 average annual earnings for top performers
- $1,600 average weekly pay
- Run regional freight in Texas and Oklahoma
- 5 days out, 2 days home
- Average 2,300 weekly miles
- Up to 12 CPM in monthly production and fuel bonuses*
