Terminal Description
Knight Transportation’s Memphis terminal opened its doors in 2002 with just 2 trucks. Within the first year, we expanded to 40 trucks, 55 drivers, and a growing list of customers. Over the past 22 years, we’ve grown to operate over 240 dry and refrigerated trucks.
The Memphis Dry Van division boasts one of the most tenured fleets at Knight, with over 15 drivers having been with us for more than 15 years. Our drivers are truly family, frequently spending time in the office with us. We have both dry and refrigerated operations in Memphis, and our teams work seamlessly together. Many of our staff have experience in both divisions. Notably, the Memphis Dry Van division has maintained the best Operating Ratio for 11 months straight from June 2023 to May 2024.
The Knight Refrigerated Memphis team is deeply engaged with their drivers, focusing on both their professional and personal success. We strive to ensure our drivers not only succeed but also feel supported and valued. Our commitment to improving MPG has led us from being among the worst to leading towards the best in the industry. We will continue to work hard to maintain and improve our standing.

Job Details:
This dedicated account is for established team drivers who already have their Class A CDL. This account is based out of Memphis, TN with routes that run nationwide, including some loads into Canada for those who have their passport. We are hiring immediately for this full-time position.
- $5,000 team sign on bonus! ($2,500 per driver)*
- Team driving position (established teams only)
- $2,000/week average starting pay (per driver)
- $0.81 CPM
- $0.83 CPM for runs into Canada
- Passport holders preferred
- Home weekly
- $300 Hiring Process Pay
- Detention and Layover Pay
- Average 5,000 miles weekly per truck
- Round Trip Drop-and-Hook Freight

Job Details:
This dedicated OTR account is for CDL A Truck Drivers who have both their Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements. Drivers will be out for 2-3 weeks and then home for 3 days. We are hiring immediately for this full-time position.
- $1,500 sign on bonus available!*
- Hazmat driving position using Refrigerated Trailers (must have Hazmat & Tanker endorsements)
- $0.60 CPM
- $1,600 – $1,800 weekly average pay
- 2,600+ miles per week on average
- 2-3 weeks on, 3 days off
- Live load/unload
