Knight-Swift Charity Golf Classic Raises over $792,000 for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals
A Day of Purpose, Community, and Unforgettable Moments
The Knight-Swift Charity Golf Classic continues to be one of the most meaningful traditions we host each year. It’s a day where business partners, sponsors, employees, and friends come together – not just for golf, but to make a profound difference for children and families who rely on critical pediatric care.
This year’s event was nothing short of extraordinary.
Honoring Our 2025 Fleet of Miracles Hospital: Wellstar Children's Hospital of Georgia
Each year, the Fleet of Miracles program highlights a Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) hospital that is making an extraordinary impact on the lives of children facing serious medical challenges. For 2025, Knight-Swift proudly selected Wellstar Children’s Hospital of Georgia.
Wellstar is a member of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and home to a world-class pediatric rehabilitation team specializing in complex conditions, including Osteogenesis Imperfecta Type III. Their team empowers children and families to not just endure medical challenges, but to thrive beyond them.
This year, we had the privilege of meeting one of their remarkable patients: 7-year-old Coale from Augusta, Georgia.

Coale’s Story: Unbreakable, Strong, and “Fragile but Feisty”
Born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta Type III, Coale entered the world already facing a battle – arriving with 12 broken bones and going on to experience more than 55 fractures in just seven years.
But if you met Coale, you would never guess the weight he carries.
As shared during the event, kids like Coale don’t approach life with self-pity, they rise with what can only be described as an unconquerable spirit. Coale lives by three words:
Unbreakable. Stong. Fragile, but feisty.
His mother spoke about the hope she had from the moment he was born; the hope that people would learn how to say “osteogenesis imperfecta,” ask about it, and become aware of children like Coale who fight quietly and bravely every day.
This year, her wish came true.

A Big Surprise: Coale Meets His Truck
One of the most powerful moments of the day came when Coale finally saw his own Fleet of Miracles truck, wrapped with his photo and story; a rolling tribute that will travel across the country, raising awareness for his condition and inspiring countless people along the way.
Blindfolded and excited, Coale stood with our team as the wrap was revealed. His reaction, pure shock and joy, lit up the entire event.
“This is obviously the coolest thing I’ve ever seen in my life.” -Coale
When asked what people would think when they see his truck on the road, Coale didn’t miss a beat: “They’re probably going to donate instantly.”
Coale closed out his moment on stage with the perfect message for our charity community:
“When you have something hard, just keep going and never quit.” Mic. Drop.
